Crumbled when I sliced it. Taste is ok but texture is dry.

The staff who attended our order were very helpful and accommodating. I hope this is not always the case but I guess we were not given a cake from the fresh batch.

I have been longing to try this cake shop as we pass by their panay branch almost every day. We ordered the blackout cake as my family loves dark chocolate, for my son’s birthday today. The moment my daughter sliced a piece I knew already it was not going to be good as it fell apart, crumbly and so dry. The taste may not be as bad but it was affected by the texture. The whole experience was disappointing, not a cheap way to prove it. Sayang.
