Taking inspiration from Filipino flavors, we gave our tasty Burnt Cheesecake a bit of sweetness using Ube. Note: this cheesecake has no crust. [Dimensions: 8 inches round and 1.8 inches height]
Sweetness level was great! Rich in Ube, it's like I'm just eating the ube jam out of the Good Shepherd bottle. It was ok for me.
